A seller or a buyer can submit a claim to MarketSpell in case of a dispute. We encourage buyers and sellers to solve any problems in a cordial and friendly way. For any reasons, if this isn't possible, a claim can be submitted to MarketSpell.
Some of the common reasons behind disputes are non-delivery, items not being as described, rejected requests for refunds and no replies from buyers or sellers.
To solve disputes we take into consideration many factors. However, we will always check the Terms & Conditions, the shipping & returns policy of the seller to verify if they have been respected by both parties.
We thrive to protect the interests of both sellers and buyers. Our objective is to create a transparent and friendly environment. We will always get in touch with both parties and understand their concerns before making a decision.
Claims will be usually assigned to our agents within five working days.
