1. Customers on MarketSpell can contact you using our internal Support System.
2. When a customer raises a ticket, you will receive a notification by email.
3. To see your tickets go to your Seller Dashboard and open the User Support tab.
4. In this page, you will find a list of all your tickets as well as their status.
5. To open the ticket, click on the Topic Reference Number or the Title.
6. After opening the ticket, you can add a reply for the customer and change the status of the ticket.
7. To view your closed tickets you could always click on the closed tickets link in the Support Page. Please note that adding a reply to a closed ticket will reopen it automatically.
